A unit for maximizing charging speed that protects against circuit breaker failures. Allows charging at low tariffs (HDO) and from PV surpluses. Suitable for homes and small businesses.

The SmartMeter measures the current consumption of the object or its sub-circuit, evaluates the available power for EV charging and regulates the maximum charging current of the station. The OlifeEnergy SmartMeter controls exactly one OlifeEnergy charging station on one connection (one or two charging points depending on the charging station model). The unit is placed in the main switchboard on a DIN rail. The current is measured indirectly using split-core measuring transformers. Communication with the station takes place over a serial line using the RS485 bus or optionally using a wireless module.
