4. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment must be completed and verified before the order is shipped.

  • We accept payments exclusively via SEPA Bank Transfer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control (force majeure).

  • Risk of loss: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the product is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Our policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

  • Condition of Returns: Products must be returned without undue delay. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  • Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Custom-made or personalised items.

    • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

7. Warranty

Products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty where stated. In addition to this, you have statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty or not as described. These statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
