1. Payment Methods
To ensure secure and transparent transactions, we operate exclusively via bank transfers.
- SEPA Bank Transfer Only: We accept payments via SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfer.
- 100% Prepayment: All orders must be paid in full before processing and dispatch.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in EUR (Euro) unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
How to Pay:
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an invoice with our bank details via email.
- Please transfer the total amount to the provided IBAN.
- Important: Include your Invoice number in the payment reference field to avoid delays.
- Your order will be confirmed and processed once the funds have cleared in our account (usually 1–3 business days).
2. Payment Restrictions
Please note the following strictly enforced limitations:
- ❌ No Cash Payments: We do not accept cash on delivery or cash in person.
- ❌ No Card Payments: Credit cards, debit cards, and consumer wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are not accepted.

We partner directly with reliable suppliers to deliver products to your doorstep.
- Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery time is up to 30 days from the date of payment receipt.
- Logistics: Shipping is handled directly by our suppliers/manufacturers to ensure the safety and quality of the goods.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries within Geographic Europe, including:
- European Union (EU): All member states.
- Non-EU Countries: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Balkans, etc.
Excluded Regions: We currently do not ship to the following countries:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ukraine
