The Infra Dry+ dryer dries fruits, vegetables, meat, mushrooms and other foods very quickly and gently using infrared radiation technology, which has the ability to preserve all vitamins and minerals in food. Dried fruits will also retain their natural color and aroma. The dryer can also make your favorite dried meat or delicious homemade yogurt. It contains 5 automatic programs , or the option of manually setting the temperature in the range of 35 – 75 °C . It supports two drying modes , infrared radiation or hot air. The dryer has a clear display and timer. The durable stainless steel plates can be washed in the dishwasher or cleaned using a special sterilization program.
