5yr on-site NBD
After reporting a defect, the service will arrive at the customer’s location the next business day (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).

– ServicePack is a local contract and cannot be exported. The purchase and registration of the SPack must be made in the country where the device is installed.
– Delivery of the email version of the Service Pack takes approximately 7-10 days from ordering due to longer invoicing.
– The Service Pack can be registered at any time during the basic warranty period of the device.
– The warranty guaranteed by SPack replaces the basic warranty.
