ASUS Premium Care On-Site (Next Business Day) + HDD retention for 5 years

5-Year On-Site (Next Business Day) Warranty Extension + HDD/SSD Retention for ASUS Computers (Commercial PC). Warranty must be purchased and activated within 6 months of device purchase .

Local On-Site Service (LOSS)

  • This service package provides on-site support for your product.
  • Before on-site service, technical support staff may ask you for assistance in troubleshooting your product. For more detailed information, please refer to the “When contacting ASUS customer service” section on the warranty card provided with your product or visit the support page .
  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, then on-site technical support will be arranged. An authorized ASUS technician will be dispatched to your location, usually by the end of the next business day. Response time may vary depending on geographic location, spare parts, and local service availability.
  • You will be required to provide an authorized ASUS technician with access to your building, ASUS products, electricity, internet connection, driver CD/DVD (if provided with the product), and a sufficient and safe working environment.
  • If the product fails under normal and proper use during the term of this service package, ASUS will repair or replace the defective parts of the product, or the entire product, with new or refurbished parts and products to the extent that the functionality is equal to or better than the original.
  • If damaged parts are replaced by this service, you consent in advance to the ownership of the replaced damaged parts becoming the property of ASUS.
  • In the event that an ASUS authorized technician determines that the product is outside the scope of coverage (such as customer-caused damage, etc. as described in the “Exclusions from this Limited Warranty Service” section of the Warranty Card), a price list will be issued to you and this service will be provided only upon payment. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then you will be charged for all ASUS costs already incurred (including on-site technician dispatch, testing/fault finding, etc.)
  • Except for the change in warranty period, all other terms and conditions remain the same as the standard ASUS warranty.

HDD Retention

  • This service covers the original built-in hard disk drive (“HDD/SSD”) shipped with your ASUS product and any other replacement installed by an ASUS authorized technician in accordance with the terms of this service.
  • This service allows you to keep your original defective hard drive if it is confirmed to be defective by an ASUS authorized technician. At the same time, an ASUS authorized technician will install a new hard drive for you. However, the original hard drive will no longer be subject to any further support.

Customer obligations:

  • If you wish to use HDD Retention, you must request this along with your On-Site repair request. This service is not automatic.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain “physical control” of the defective HDD/SSD and ensure that personal, confidential or proprietary data on the defective HDD is destroyed or remains secure.
  • It is your responsibility to dispose of the defective HDD in accordance with local laws and regulations. />
  • You or your authorized representative are required to sign the HDD Retention document provided by ASUS to confirm retention of the HDD/SSD.
